Spotted some public art that made your day?
In 2014, the team @wetgenes created a project to crowd source the locations of art within Leeds. Leeds Art Crawl lets everyone in Leeds take photos of the art they come across during their normal day, geo tag it, and include it on an art map of Leeds by using the hashtag #LeedsArtCrawl.
The data created by the project can be found on Data Mill North as a JSON feed. As of December 2nd 2016, 200 people have contributed 1097 images of art, covering 206 locations. The most likely time for people to add art is around 1pm - the Leeds Happy Art Hour!
Following the success of Leeds Art Crawl, you can now help find art in Bradford and Dublin.
If you're out Christmas shopping over the next few weeks, join in.
