Silent night

Shhh! If you want a silent night, the last thing you need are noisy neighbours playing loud music at 2am or dogs barking all night. Leeds City Council receive noise nuisance reports at all times of the day and night. They release a dataset listing every report between the hours 6pm and 3.30am. We've analysed the reports from 2016 and found that the most common complaint is, by far, about loud music.
