ODI Leeds Advisory Board - Challenges & Priority Setting.

Location: ODI Leeds - 3rd Floor - Munro House - Duke Street - LS9 8AG Leeds

Date: -

This is a the start of our response to the review completed over Q1 of this year - which you can find here on this google doc, comments are on for this document so please add to this if you have anything that you'd like us to consider.

We've also built a dashboard which will form the basis of our reporting. http://odileeds.github.io/dashboard/

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Tim Straughan for his work in bringing the review together and completing the consultation with the sponsor organisations.

Please share widely within your organisations, and with the other organisations that may want to join us all as sponsors.

For those that couldn't make it last night - we will be in touch with you all over the rest of this week to either update you or arrange a time to update you.

The actions that we agreed last night were as follows;

Workshop on challenges & 6- 12 month programme of work ASAP.
Governance: Establish Advisory Board ASAP.
Sponsorship drive, informed by existing sponsors.
Include option to integrate ODI Leeds website with Leeds Data Mill & its website as we develop our new web presence.

We'd like to combine actions 1& 2 and invite you all to be members of the advisory board and to a workshop to understand the programme of events, priorities and actions for the next 6 months.

For the Leeds sponsors - we have also cc'd HQ as they are as interested in this process as we are, as it informs how the node network can develop in the future, I've also cc'd the ODI Leeds team as they'll be right in the middle of our efforts to deliver on the next stage of our development.

The workshop and first advisory board will be held in the week commencing 6th June.

All the best, and thank you for your continued support.

Paul
