Global Service Jam started in 2011 and just gets bigger and better! Leeds welcomes you to use and learn about service design to address a global challenge. Share your expertise and learn from others as we work together to define problems, design solutions and test ideas. This isn't a theory course, it's about doing, not talking; showing not telling. Apply a rapid, human-centred approach, come up with creative ideas and develop skills you can apply in your life and work. GSJ is not-for-profit and is run by volunteers with the support of sponsors. Attendance is by pre-booked places only, and tickets include refreshments, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and all materials.OD Room: The Gather
