Join University of Leeds for a 24-hour Climathon hosted at ODI Leeds Leeds is one of 121 major cities around the world (and the only city in the North of England) taking part in a 24-hour 'climate hackathon' on October 28-29. Each city sets up a climate change challenge based on local urban problems such as water use, waste removal, urban planning, infrastructure, housing, etc. The Leeds challenge is - "How do we reduce domestic carbon during a time of austerity?" Anyone can take part, no matter what your background or technical knowledge. If you have an interest in climate change and a passion for problem-solving, you'll be welcome.
