Introduction to the IoTUK Challenger North Over lunch, challenge owners will set the context for their challenges and provide more details.

The work begins! Challenge owners are free to stay and be available to SMEs for further guidance or information. SMEs can begin refining their propositions and call on the expertise of ODI Leeds team and affiliates, covering diverse topics from visual design to commercial models to data and web tinkering. |

A further working session to finish off the day. |
| 15:45 - 16:15 | Review
Time for SMEs and startups to review their response to their chosen challenge(s) so far. The pitch criteria will also be revealed, giving SMEs and startups the info they need to start preparing a pitch. |
Friday 21 September

Grab a tea/coffee and check-in with the ODI Leeds and IoTUK team - ask for specific help, etc. |

Carrying on from the previous day's efforts, continuing to work on solutions and start building a pitch . |

| 11:15 - 12:30 | Working session/Review
Another chance for the SMEs and startups to review their response so far and get any help or support they might need. |
| 12:30 - 13:30 | Lunch Break |
| 13:30 - 14:30 | Last working session / Test your pitches
Last chance to make any refinements or changes to pitches. There's also the chance to test your pitch, run through it a few times, practice. |
| 14:30 - 16:00 | Pitches
The space will be divided up so that multiple pitches can take place at the same time, grouped by challenge or overall theme. SMEs will have 10-15 mins to deliver their pitch. All participants get a prize from ODI Leeds.
