Diversity Deep Dive
At ODI Leeds we care about the individuals. This means we like to look into representation and diversity, and the privacy concerns that go along with this. On this page you can find all the work we have already done surrounding this area:
Find out about our events that helped us get things going by talking to people about diversity and representation, and what needs to be done. Explore the resultant tools and visualisations we have created to understand the diverse workforce around us. And look at the good practice we commit to, to ensure that the personal data we work with is used responsibly.
Of course, this work is not finished, and we are still working on new and better tools. So, keep watching this space and get involved if you can!
