This hub page brings together our work supporting the arts and cultural sector to innovate with data. We partner with many organisations to help them tell compelling stories, engage with their audiences, and evaluate the impact of their programmes.
Cultural participation has declined in recent years, and we believe that good data infrastructure is needed to respond to changing behaviour and deliver activities that people love.
Our work is helping to measure the impact and legacy of cultural programmes, celebrate the cultural heritage of our region, and to promote investment and support for the sector.
Starting with Leeds Digital Festival, we have acted as a Data Partner for several cultural programmes including the LEEDS 2023 Year of Culture, Bradford 2025 City of Culture, as well as developing the Culture Connect Data Observatory with Northumbria University.
Explore how we’re driving innovation with data below. If you’re interested in working with us, we’d love to hear from you: hello@open-innovations.org.
